Hip Hop Dance: How Health and Fitness Can Drive Our Movement - Hannah Dusek
Students will experience basic hip hop dance moves and learn many approaches to hip hop. Through tracking and observing their own physicality, students will connect their experiences with the five components of fitness (body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance). Along with moving to beats and rhythms students will find downbeats of any song and learn to turn thoughts, ideas, and body positions into a fun, upbeat movements.
