First Person Narrative Using Storytelling (can be adapted to historical figures, scientists, authors, poets) - Marc Moss

Literacy increases when students are guided to personalize their research. Students utilize the art of storytelling to more fully understand a historical figure of their choice by selecting a turning point in that person’s life and using it as the basis for a story. They will “become” the individual, telling the story in the first person.
